Benevento Residential Tower

Completed in 2013, Werk Architecture produced the highly-regarded Benevento Tower, located in Indaiatuba, Brazil. These opulent apartments have been designed to capture spectacular views across the Indaiatuba City skyline.

 

Skilled architect Fabio Ignacio wored tirelessly and collabotatively with third-party engineers. He managed the architectural design, including structural, electrical and hydraulic elements of this acclaimed project. Two versions of plans for every apartment were offered to potential customers before the commencement of building works.  

 

Each apartment is finished in the highest quality fixtures and fittings to provide an enduring sense of quality and style whilst being easy to maintain. Kitchen bench tops are stone, appliances are the latest offering from Miele and joinery is soft close with a timber veneer or 2-pack finish. Residents will have exclusive access to a range of facilities of a quality unmatched in Brazil.
