The Windsor Hotel

The Windsor in South Perth, Western Australia, was built between 1895 and 1898 and remains one of the great surviving hotels in Australia. From the outside The Windsor is a fine example of the commercial architecture of prominent Perth architect JJ Talbot Hobbs.

In 2015, Fabio Ingacio was asked to undertake an extensive redevelopment of the back-of-house and kitchen facilities to be completed in 2016.
