The Jaguariúna Industrial Park

The design of the Industrial Park allows companies to maintain their focus in the production area, with no capital tie and or concerns with the infrastructure that usually concern the implementation of a plant.

 

Werk Architecture saw Fabio Ignacio produce the highest-quality in design concepts and was wholly responsible for the extension and renovation of the existing building, and design of two new buildings within the complex. 

 

Urbanisation and landscaping, water supply and sewage, power grid, paved streets, curbs and gutters, lighting, 24/7 concierge, 24-hour restaurant, all was ready for the client, thus ensuring the immediate installation of any new business within the Industrial Park. The development offers built sheds for lease, with areas ranging from 840Mt² to 10.200Mt².
